As part of the Project Management team at Northwest Research Group, Kelly has experience working on a variety of quantitative projects. Kelly started in 2003 at Northwest Research Group as a Research Assistant, which allowed her to explore and experience all aspects of the research process, building upon her previous experience in business to business research. She has worked with a number of NWRG clients including the Sea-Tac International Airport, King County Metro, Premera Blue Cross, the Seattle Times, and the City of Sunnyvale. Projects include designing and supervising data collection processes, measuring the adherence to ADA required processes, penetration of messaging related to transportation demand management, customer satisfaction and measurement of usage and awareness of local media.
Kelly has taken the design lead on many new projects for Seattle Public Utilities, MOHAI (Museum of History and Industry), and the Child Health Institute at the University of Washington as well as tracking studies for clients such as the Washington Lottery, the Washington Employment Security Department and Expedia Canada. Kelly’s attention to detail and her drive to learn allows her to be thorough in all of her work at NWRG. She has become quite knowledgeable in questionnaire design and analysis – her favorite aspects of any research project.
Kelly attended Sawtooth Ci3 Development Training and WinCATI Training. She is a member of the Association for Women in Communications (AWC Seattle) and the Puget Sound Research Forum (PSRF).
