• A conference room that easily accommodates eight to ten participants in absolute comfort. The large custom designed conference tables allow observers to see all participants.  Completely remodeled in 2007. 
• Soundproofed walls provide the best audio quality while you are observing and on your audio and videotapes.
• Display rails and tack board allow you to easily display storyboards and other visuals. A pull-down screen is available for projecting presentations or displays.
• Videotaping with a stationary camera is always complimentary and included in your facility rental.
• State-of-the-art digital recording equipment, upgraded in December 2007.
• Our observation room comfortably seat up to 15 viewers - a private and relaxing client lounge with a closed circuit TV provides additional space to stretch out.
• ORC-NW offers VIC CD by Interclipper and Perception Analyzers to assist moderators. We also can provide any computing, projection, recording, or other equipment you need for your research.
• The facility is fully wired – we provide both wireless and T-1 internet access to keep you connected.
