Cori joined ORC-NW in 2002. Cori is working on her Business Management Degree at Boise State. She began working as a data entry and coding specialist with the Research Operations team. She quickly moved into a leadership role with these types of projects. Because of her attention to detail, and high customer services, she was soon reassigned to the Field Services Department as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Cori has quicly progressed through the ranks and was promoted to the Manager of ORC-NW's central telephone center where she responsible for all the scheduling and daily management of all call center operations. She trains and leads a team of both interviewers and supervisors in the data collection process. She works extensively with the Project Management team before and during data collection to deliver the highest quality studies. A goal of the department is "every project on-time and on-budget." Cori has worked on many complex studies over the past four years such as: Community Health Plan, Seattle Public Utilities, Tempur-Pedic, Albertson’s, Caltrans/ Amtrak West, RTA Paratransit (Chicago, IL), and the Federal Highway Administration.
Cori’s experience working in both the Research Operations and Field Services Departments has given her a unique perspective on the data collection process. She uses this knowledge to help make smart decisions that lead to the delivery of high quality data. Cori’s grasp of the big picture, as well as her attention to detail ensures that the data we deliver is timely, accurate, and useful.
