Anna has more than 17 years of research experience, including six at ORC-NW. Anna’s comprehensive knowledge of market research makes her an exceptional Senior Director of the firm’s Research Services department. The department handles all project management and client services. Her careful eye for detail, ability to multi-task and problem-solve as well as her talent for planning, organizing, and directing, make her a valuable member of the ORC-NW team.

Prior to joining ORC-NW, Anna began her career in market research at firms based in Portland, OR and Vancouver, BC. This experience encompassed all aspects of market research including questionnaire design, Project Management, data processing, and analysis. When she joined ORC-NW, Anna managed large-scale quantitative research projects for long-term ORC-NW clients, including the Amtrak/Caltrans, Chicago Transit Authority, King County Metro, the Oregon Progress Board, the Puget Sound Regional Council, and Washington Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board. Many projects were multi-phase in nature, involving the use of telephone surveys, focus groups, online surveys, and other mixed-mode data collection efforts. She continues to provide support and historical knowledge for these and other projects. Anna was the project manager for the 2000 CTA TBAS Survey and has the Project Director for the 2003 and 2006 CTA Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

Outside of ORC-NW, Anna is a member of the Marketing Research Association, Northern California/Pacific Northwest chapter.
